KINDERGARDEN THROUGH GRADE SIX.

We inspire and engage children and parents!

And we go beyond the "CCD" model.

• Small group in Church "Prayerful Encounters with Christ".

• Child / Parent Holiday Special Sessions.

• Monthly Children's "Compassion Missions".

• Family Masses on Sunday morning (directly following class).

• "Little Angels Choir" & "Little Angels" Leadership Program.

• Classroom Bible and Christian teaching Sessions.

Our Assisi Compassion Mission

Children are mentored, inspired and engaged on their monthly Missions to "Change the World" children and families who need their Compassion. Such grateful Compassion for others, just as Jesus teaches us, lead to Gratitude for all the wonderful Blessings that God has given us.

Compassion Missions Include:

• Winter Hat & Glove Drive: for underprivileged little children.

• Education in Hope: to support children in Guatemala.

• Thanksgiving Food drive.

• Christmas Toy Collection.

• One Warm Winter Coat Drive.

• Rescue Puppy Sponsorship.

• Giant Easter Cards for Priests & Nuns.

• Compassion Mission for the Hungry.

• Foundations in Faith: donation to support faith formation in Parishes.

We Support Parishes, School & Preschools throughout our Diocese.

"St Jerome Little Mass Angels"

Children are mentored to serve joyfully at our Sunday 10am Family mass as Procession Leaders, Readers, Altar Servers, Greeters, Prayer Leaders and Gift Bearers.  By Fourth Grade they become "Little Angel Leaders" who will train and mentor our first and second graders. 

All children are members of our "Little Angels Choir".

In Church "Prayerful Encounters with Christ"

About once per month, small-group class will have their class in Church, Praying & Talking to God and learning a virtue:  KINDNESS~COMPASSION~GIVING~FORGIVING~GRATITUDE
